At BricksHub, we are committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on live training programs designed to help you advance your data skills. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have outlined our refund policy below.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Refunds for our 4-week and 8-week live training programs are available under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the training start date.
- Partial Refund (50%): If the request is made within the first week of training.
- No Refund: If the request is made after the first week, as course materials and sessions would have already been accessed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You fail to attend the training without prior notice.
- You request a refund after the first week of training.
- The refund request is due to personal scheduling conflicts after the refund window has passed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email contact@brickshub.net with:
- Your Full Name and Email Address used for registration.
- The training Program Name and Start Date.
- The reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
BricksHub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date.
